Advent chain--Day 11

"Go to the Music Together holiday party and attend the Farmpark to look at the lights"

This morning, all the different Music Together classes got together for a fun holiday party.  There were snacks, singing, dancing and general merry-making.  The Noodle was rather overwhelmed since there were more than 75 people (kiddos and their families) in the hall, but by the end, she was having fun singing and swinging.  Having Papa and Lollie there made it even more enjoyable!

 I love the dancing part!

Then, this evening we went out to a farmpark to see the animals and look at the beautiful lights.  A few years ago we had gone out there with Grandma, but during the Christmas season it was a different experience.  Definitely the highlight was the horse-drawn wagon ride.  The Noodle was so excited!  There was also the option to visit Santa.  She claimed that she wanted to see him, but after standing in a ridiculously long line for about 10 minutes, when we clarified did she want to sit on Santa's lap and see him?, she quickly replied "NO!" she just wanted to peek at him.  That was an easy wish to grant.  After a sneak-peek, we headed home with one exhausted little girl.
