We braved the elements on Valentine's weekend and headed to AsiaTown to partake in the celebrations.  Martial Arts, dancing, calligraphy, music and the balloon bendy man.

Yummy food too.  Since Chinese New Year falls so close to Mei Mei's Gotcha Day this year, we had planned on going out for dinner as a combination celebration.  Since we were already downtown and the weather was AWFUL, we opted for lunch instead.

We tried a new restaurant based on the recommendation of a friend and it did not disappoint!  So many choices--it is always hard to pick.  We ended up going with both rice as well as noodle dishes. The girls gobbled it up, no surprises there--ha!  They were thrilled that they were allowed to have tea with the meal.

It is FREEZING out!
