"Mooncake" cookies

We managed to get our act together and made the mooncake cookies (aka thumbprint cookies with jam) this afternoon (only 1 day late).  It actually was close to dinnertime, so J was able to help out.  They tasted much better than the ones we made last year.  After they were done baking, we attempted to read the story about the Autumn Moon Festival, but someone was tired and had zero attention span.  It was rather wordy....maybe next year!
